Kora Strategy is a consultancy and research studio established to support institutions working on territorial resilience across urban, regional, and rural contexts. We set up Kora to bridge a common gap in planning and policy projects: strong analysis on one side, and the practical tools needed for implementation on the other.
Kora aims to help organisations make clear choices under complexity. We do this by producing usable outputs such as territorial profiles, risk and vulnerability maps, prioritisation frameworks, implementation roadmaps, and monitoring and reporting tools. We support clients from early scoping to delivery, especially in multi stakeholder settings where coordination and governance matter.
